I just wanted to share a few health stories that caught my eye today, as I am busy finalizing the affiliate program and working on a few other projects.
I think we sometimes forget that heart disease is the number one killer of women in America and tend to focus on heart health for men. A new study has come out that also reveals women are more likely to die than men in the first 30 days after a heart attack. As usual we are keeping our ear to the ground for the latest anti-aging breakthroughs and news. Here is an interesting study showing that even a low level of physical fitness throughout life can improve lifespan.
